Who is most deserving of the award for the best in Africa (Salah - Hakimi - Osimhen)

The Confederation of African Football has decided to limit the competition for the award for the best player in the African continent for the year 2023 to Moroccan Achraf Hakimi, Egyptian Mohamed Salah, and Nigerian Victor Osimhen.
Hakimi won the French League title with his team, Paris Saint-Germain, and excelled with his country, the Atlas Lions, in the Qatar World Cup, by reaching the semi-finals and finishing in a historic fourth place.
As for Osimhen, he won the top scorer and champion titles in the Italian League with Napoli, and Salah finished fourth in the English Premier League list with his team, Liverpool.
