The problem of professional integration of vocational training graduates into the labor market is the main concern of Menfop. With the aim of improving the process of monitoring the vocational integration of vocational training graduates, the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training has developed a platform entitled “Inserjeune” with the support of the Francophone Institute for Education and Training of the international organization. Organizing the Francophonie in order to monitor and inquire about the future of students trained in various professions.
The Minister of National Education and Vocational Training, Mustafa Mohamed Mahmoud, chaired an introductory meeting on the use of the platform for the benefit of senior managers of local hotel companies, partners of the training centers affiliated with the Menfop organization.
The meeting was attended by representatives of partner hotels such as Kempinski Palace Hotel, Sheraton Hotel, Acacia Hotel, and International Scale Hotel.
The main objective of the meeting was to promote the Inserjeune platform for hotel companies which will serve as a link between training centers and companies and which aims, among other things, to facilitate exchanges between Menfop and companies as well as post-monitoring the training of young vocational training graduates.
Young graduates will be able to register directly by creating their own account to declare their professional status, degree and field of training.
Companies, for their part, will be able to publish their job offers, available internships, as well as feedback and suggestions to training centers on how to serve young employees and/or insufficient qualifications noted by employers so that training centers can promote them on the platform.
