The following texts were studied and approved:
Ministry of Economy and Finance, responsible for industry.
It discussed a draft decree on digitizing the monitoring and evaluation system for national development plans.
The purpose of the draft decree is to create a platform for monitoring and evaluating national development plans and sector projects. This digital platform, which will be implemented by the Ministry of Economy, will allow improving the system of monitoring and evaluating public policies, more accurately within the framework of Vision 2035 and the resulting five-year plans.
This monitoring and evaluation platform has already been implemented in 50 countries and constitutes a complete and fully adaptable tool to meet the needs of the planning, monitoring and impact evaluation chain of development programs included in various national plans and in sectoral projects. This tool will be open and available to the public and will allow decision-makers and residents to access sectoral data related to development projects and programmes.
This draft decree allows for the establishment of a steering committee that includes all parties concerned with designing and implementing national development programs in coordination with the Department of Economy and Planning.

Presidency.

A project to establish a charter of ethics applicable to members of the Conflict Resolution Committee was also discussed.
The purpose of the draft order is to approve and make enforceable the Code of Ethics and applies to the members of the Dispute Resolution Committee, the Secretariat and the Committee's rapporteur. This Charter summarizes many of the basic rules that apply to the activities of the Dispute Resolution Committee. Therefore, members of the Human Rights Commission, agents of the Technical Secretariat and the Rapporteur are required, during the duration of their duties, to respect the obligation of impartiality and equal treatment with respect to all persons with whom they deal in professional relations. The project will contribute to enhancing the discipline and professionalism of CRD members and complement the regulatory system while providing assurance to individuals and companies.
Ministry of Budget.
A project was also discussed to grant a plot of land to the Port of Djibouti SA.
Title 15213 shared in the land book in the name of Port of Djibouti SA for a plot of land with an area of 187,143 square meters removed. The said vacant plot of land will be the subject of a new land title in the name of Red Sea World SA for the second phase of the development of the former Port of Djibouti.
