The head of the Djibouti Chamber of Commerce arrives in Doha. Why ?

Under the patronage of the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani, the meeting of the thirty-ninth session of the General Assembly of the Islamic Chamber was held, which was hosted by Doha.

The President of the Chamber of Commerce in Djibouti, Mr. Youssef Musa Douala, participated in the session’s meeting with the heads and representatives of chambers and trade associations from 28 countries and an elite group of economic leaders in the Islamic world, to serve as a platform for exchanging experiences, innovative ideas, and enlightened visions to lay the foundations for a promising Islamic economic future. .
One of the most important decisions of the meeting of the “Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development,” which is the new name that was adopted in Doha, was the launch of the Palestine Economic Empowerment Initiative, to support the Palestinian people and enable them to confront the catastrophic repercussions that befell the country.
According to the final statement, the initiative aims to revive the Palestinian economy “and enhance the digital empowerment of its workforce, including establishing a comprehensive system for distance education, linking academic education with professional applications, with a focus on the culture of transition to remote work.”
The initiative’s areas of work include a platform for remote employment and skills development that includes a list of available jobs and integrated learning modules for those wishing to work remotely, thus reducing unemployment rates, providing a stable income, and enabling the community to achieve financial independence and overcome various economic obstacles.
The Islamic Chamber called on all businessmen, federations of chambers of commerce, private sector institutions, and international organizations to unify efforts and join hands in order to participate in achieving the goals of this initiative.
The Islamic Chamber’s initiative for the economic empowerment of Palestine serves as a road map for achieving long-term economic stability.
