For the first time, 150 jobs for people with special needs

In its last session, chaired by the President of the Republic, Head of Government, Mr. Ismail Omar Guelleh, the Council of Ministers approved the state’s estimated general budget for the next fiscal year 2024, which amounts to 152.49 billion Djiboutian francs, and is characterized by a balance between revenues and expenditures.
The indicators of this budget reflect a clear improvement in local revenues and a slight decrease in expenditures, mainly linked to a decrease in current expenditures.
As in previous years, social development will have the lion's share in this budget, including the creation of 150 jobs allocated for the first time for people with special needs, as an embodiment of what the President of the Republic announced during the Fifth National Disability Week.
