Why did the Minister of Defense receive a delegation of military attaches from many countries?

The Minister of Defense, in charge of relations with Parliament, Mr. Hassan Omar, received a delegation of military attaches from many countries, including Germany, Australia, Austria, Switzerland, and the Kingdoms of Belgium and Sweden.
During the interview, which took place at the headquarters of the General Administration of International Relations of the Djiboutian Armed Forces, in the presence of officers from the military establishment, friendly conversations were exchanged and the prevailing geopolitical situation in the Horn of Africa region was discussed.
The international delegation expressed its interest in and follow-up of the ongoing developments in this strategic region, stressing at the same time the importance of strengthening international cooperation to confront the current security and geopolitical challenges.
In turn, the Minister of Defense presented a forward-looking analysis of the geopolitical situation, highlighting regional issues and the efforts made by Djibouti to contribute to achieving stability and security in the Horn of Africa.
The discussions held by the delegation consisting of military attaches with the Minister of Defense also allowed for the exploration of potential cooperation opportunities between Djibouti and the countries represented by the delegation, with the aim of enhancing security and stability in the region.
